Poor mechanic.<\/p>\n<p><strong>When does this frame happen?<\/strong>\u00a0Near the end, when Batman and Robin are stuck in the car, they go whizzing past this sign on the freeway. I think. I watched this a while ago.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Why are you sharing it?<\/strong>\u00a0Las Vegas is <em>Sin City<\/em>, <em>the Entertainment Capitol of the World<\/em>, and<em> Glitter Gulch.<\/em> Santa Clara is known as <em>The Heart of Silicon Valley<\/em>. I didn&#8217;t know Gotham had a nickname, and I don&#8217;t know why it would be\u00a0<em>America&#8217;s Playground<\/em>. On my <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/List_of_city_nicknames_in_the_United_States\">new favorite Wikipedia page<\/a>, I learned that Plymouth is <em>America&#8217;s Hometown<\/em>\u00a0and Detroit is <em>America&#8217;s Comeback City.<\/em> I know Bruce Wayne is rich, and villains tend to crash big charity balls all the time, but Gotham feels more like <em>Crime City<\/em>, <em>America&#8217;s Dark Alley<\/em>, or maybe <em>Empire City <\/em>if you wanted to steal a New York nickname. Atlantic City&#8217;s nickname is <em>America&#8217;s Playground<\/em>, and I guess in some way, Gotham is a hybrid of New York City and Atlantic City. Since Batmantown is already called Gotham, it needs another name.
