Batman: The Animated Series: Season 1: Episode 43: His Silicon Soul
What’s the episode about? An evil robot entity called HARDAC (that I did not remember at all) returns as a clone of Batman. The clone is so well done that the robot Batman has a conscious and tries to do no harm even though he wants to kill and replace real Batman. There’s some good hot Batman-on-Batman action sequences in this episode. It’s pretty great.
When does this frame happen? About halfway through, the HARDAC programming forecfully inserts a chip in its own forehead, receives repairs and it gets its own backstory.
