Because of my last.fm account, I can see which music I listen to the most. Out of that I can cross out which musicians that I have not seen and who are not possible to see live (The Beatles, Elliott Smith, Neverhood Soundtrack, Traveling Wilburys, etc). I’ve skipped some I haven’t seen but could, because I’d really need to be in the gushy-mushy-lovey part of a relationship and have a boy to see Jack Johnson or Coldplay live, for example. I’ve been to a lot of good concerts, and I’m very grateful for that. See my PDX Concerts list if you’d like to be indie jealous. So if money were no object, and it’s a big object, this is who I would still like to see:

Again, I’ve been to amazing concerts, and can die happy having finally seen Dispatch this summer in concert. That concert was seriously 10 years in the making. I’ve also seen Fiona Apple, Ozma, Beirut, Mon Frere, Weezer, Cake, They Might Be Giants, Squirrel Nut Zipper, The Bird and the Bee, Janelle Monae, Jonathan Coulton twice, Fun. twice, Hellogoodbye 3 times, Guster 3 times, and on and on… it’s been a good life for concerts. I’m kind of awesome. High school Brianne shouldn’t have wasted so much time being envious. It’s gonna be okay.

Actually Terry S Taylor (the Neverhood guy) is still around and I believe still making music, though I have not heard any of it. And according to Wikipedia, he’s from right here in our backyard of San Jose
Oh and Jump, Little Children already played their final show. I got to see them on their last tour. If you want, I’ve got a t-shirt somewhere around here…
